Just had to write and let you know that we have just had the most perfect stay with you last night 26th november. the standards of service and the standards of cleanliness along with all your little extras like the lovely biscuits left in our room to name but one thing all add up to just the perfect place to come and chill out. we both cant wait to come and experience it all again. many thanks once again kevin and kim burden. p.s. kim still hasnt stopped going on about her lovely haddock for breakfast!!!!!

We had such a lovely weekend in Hastings- your guest house was just what we were hoping for. It was comfortable, spotless and quiet. It was lovely to stay somewhere so friendly and personal- much better than a hotel. And what a fantastic location! Thank you for making us so welcome. Next time we're in Hastings we'll be paying you another visit.

Dear Doug and Jen, I recently stayed with you for 2 nights (Thursday 5th and Friday 6th May). I am the travel writer? I have just got back following completion of my trip of England and I just wanted to say thankyou for letting me stay at your lovely guest house. I had a very comfortable stay and I really enjoyed my time in Hastings. The room and the facilities and the breakfast was very good. You were both very friendly and accomodating.
