At The Old Town Guest House you'll find a whole range of facilities at your disposal, including FreeSat TV/DVD in every room, free Wi-Fi Internet access, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, iron/ironing board, fresh towels daily, extra pillows on request and access to the Guest House kitchen if required.

We also have a cot and bedding available for the little ones.

There are 2 main car parks-
Rock-a-Nore & Pelham Place on Hastings seafront,
within 5 minutes walking distance.

Both have same rates of:
£1.20 up to 1 hr
£2.40 up to 2 hrs
£3.50 up to 3 hrs
£5.50 up to 5 hrs
£6.00 up to 10hrs
£6.50 up to 24hrs

Overnight from 6:00pm - 8:00am, £1.00

Both close their barriers at night:
Rock-a-Nore 10:00pm - 7:30am
Pelham Place 11:00pm - 7:00am

Pay & Display across the road:
50p for 20 minutes
£1.50 per hour for a maximum stay of 4 hours
FREE overnight parking from 6:00pm - 9:00am

Parking permits are available at the Guest House on request.

Hastings train station is just 10 minutes walk away. Buses 20 and 20A can be caught from there every 15 minutes during the day, stopping on seafront adjacent to Guest House.
